Summary[]
Kaoru Akashi (a psychokinetic), Aoi Nogami (a teleporter), and Shiho Sannomiya (capable of psychometry) are three Level 7 ten-year-old rebellious espers also known as "The Children", a special task force assembled by the Base of Backing ESP Laboratory (B.A.B.E.L.). They pursue a dangerous esper criminal and are assisted by Kōichi Minamoto, unaware that he has been chosen to become their new field leader.
